Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SellerScope (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free trial, billing, and cancellations
- New users receive a 1-month free trial.
- After the trial, your subscription continues on the plan you selected and is billed monthly.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, misuse, or disrupt the Service.
- Access data you do not have permission to access.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Automated pricing features
SellerScope may offer features that allow you to view competitor pricing data and, where enabled, submit price changes to your Amazon listings ("Price Match" or "Automated Pricing"). By enabling these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for any pricing changes made to your Amazon listings, whether initiated manually or through automated features provided by the Service.
- SellerScope does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of competitor pricing data, buy box status, or any other market data displayed within the Service.
- You should set minimum price floors for your products to prevent listings from being priced below your cost of goods or desired margin.
- SellerScope shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or other damages resulting from incorrect, delayed, or unintended price changes.
- Automated pricing features are provided on an opt-in basis and are disabled by default. You may disable them at any time from your account settings.
- It is your responsibility to monitor your Amazon listings and verify that prices are correct after any changes are made.
Scan credits and usage limits
Product Scanner scans are subject to monthly credit allowances based on your subscription plan. Unused credits may roll over to the following billing period. We reserve the right to modify credit allowances, pricing for additional credits, and rollover policies at any time with reasonable notice.
Data accuracy
SellerScope aggregates data from Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, and other third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that any data — including sales estimates, BSR rankings, restriction statuses, pricing information, or inventory levels — is accurate, complete, or current. You should independently verify any data before making business decisions.
Third-party services
SellerScope integrates with third-party services such as Amazon Seller Central and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party systems or outages.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or perform maintenance on the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Referral program
We plan to introduce a referral program. Any referral incentives will be governed by separate terms provided at launch. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content, are owned by SellerScope or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerScope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
