Simply click "Connect Amazon" in your dashboard and authorise SellerScope via Amazon's secure OAuth flow. We never see your Amazon password — tokens are stored securely server-side and can be revoked anytime from Seller Central.

We currently support the UK marketplace (amazon.co.uk). Support for EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES) and US is on our roadmap.

Initial sync typically takes 1-2 minutes depending on your order volume. After that, data refreshes automatically in the background so your dashboard is always up to date.

Very accurate. We pull every Amazon fee directly from the SP-API — FBA fees, referral fees, storage fees, refunds, and more. Combined with your COGS input, you get true net profit figures, not estimates.

COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) is what you paid for your inventory. Use our Input COGS page to enter your purchase costs per SKU. This is essential for accurate profit calculations.

Yes. The Profit per ASIN page breaks down revenue, fees, COGS, and net profit for every product you sell — helping you identify your most and least profitable items.

PPC cost tracking is on our roadmap. Currently, you can factor advertising spend into your COGS or track it separately in your own records.

We sync your FBA inventory levels directly from Amazon, showing available units, inbound shipments, and reserved stock. You'll always know exactly what's in the warehouse.

Yes. The Shipments page shows all your "Send to Amazon" FBA shipments with status updates — from draft to delivered.

SellerScope displays values in GBP (£) by default. You can change your display currency in Settings to view figures in EUR, USD, or your local currency.

The Payments page shows all your Amazon disbursements — the actual money transferred to your bank. This syncs directly from Amazon's financial reports.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure server-side authentication, and never store your Amazon password. Your SP-API tokens are encrypted at rest and you can revoke access anytime.

Data export features are coming soon. You'll be able to download your sales, profit, and inventory data as CSV for your own records or accountant.

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you resubscribe. After that, it's permanently deleted from our servers.
